Control via Mobile App [6]
DJI Neo supports Wi-Fi connection to smartphones, eliminating the need for an additional remote controller. Control Neo with virtual joysticks on the user interface of the DJI Fly app with a control range of up to 50 meters. [8] The app also allows you to adjust the shooting angle and distance, so you can shoot from a distance or up close, depending on your preference.
RC control [9]
Together with the DJI RC-N3, DJI Neo can reach a maximum video transmission range of 10 kilometers. [10] Operate the camera flexibly with the traditional RC control sticks if you want to shoot at a professional level.
Immersive motion control [9]
DJI Neo can be connected with DJI Goggles 3, RC Motion 3 or FPV Remote Control 3 and enables a video transmission range of up to 10 kilometers. [10] Combined with RC Motion 3, DJI Neo can perform aerobatics with one push, navigate seamlessly indoors and maneuver through tight spaces* with ease. Uncompromising image quality
DJI Neo is equipped with a 1/2" image sensor that allows you to take 12 MP photos. Combined with DJI's powerful stabilization algorithms, it can produce stabilized videos in 4K UHD directly from the camera. [11]

DJI Neo supports multiple resolutions and frame rates for video recording and up to 4K/30fps [11] videos with RockSteady/HorizonBalancing. These ensure that clarity is maintained in both bright and dark areas, so that many details are visible.
Stabilization functions for stable recordings
DJI Neo has a single-axis mechanical gimbal in combination with RockSteady and HorizonBalancing stabilization [12]. This equipment makes it possible to handle high speeds, large amplitudes and even wind forces up to level 4. The stabilization algorithms significantly reduce image shake and correct the horizon tilt within ±45°, [12] for smooth and stable footage.

DJI Neo can store up to 40 minutes of video footage in 4K/30fps or 55 minutes of video footage in 1080p/60fps, so you can keep all your memories.
Record sound wirelessly

Stable flight, impressive battery life
Using a positioning system with infrared and monocular vision, DJI Neo can hover stably in the air and remain stable even in winds up to level 4. It also supports automatic return to home (RTH) for convenient, worry-free operation.
Automatic return to home (RTH)
Don't worry about the return, because when you take off/land with the palm of your hand or control with the mobile app, Neo will return to the take-off point after completing its course. If you are using a remote controller or immersive motion controller, Neo supports automatic return (RTH) and safety return to easily navigate back to you.
Capable of flying in winds up to force 4
18 min flight time
With a flight time of 18 minutes [14], DJI Neo can make more than 20 flights [15] to and from the palm of your hand. Its sleek design allows you to document life's little moments without sacrificing flight time.
Direct and fast charging

When taking off and landing with the palm of your hand, adhere to the following guidelines: Fly in a windless environment if possible; extend your palm horizontally and keep it still so that your fingers do not come into contact with the propellers to avoid injury; do not attempt to grab the drone while it is flying.

When DJI Neo is paired with DJI Goggles 3 and DJI RC Motion 3, it can record 16:9 4K/30fps video with RockSteady/HorizonBalancing or 4:3 4K/30fps video without stabilization.
12. When you control the drone with the DJI Fly app or a standard remote controller, RockSteady and HorizonBalancing are enabled simultaneously and cannot be turned off. If you control with the DJI Goggles with RC Motion or the FPV remote control, you can choose whether you want to activate RockSteady or HorizonBalancing or switch off the stabilization. If you control the drone without remote control or with the DJI Fly app, the angle of HorizonBalancing is ±30°. If you control the drone with a remote control or motion control unit, the angle of HorizonBalancing is ±45°.
