If you're looking for a continuous and HSS flash light in one, this is the light you need: The Godox FV150 High Speed Sync Flash LED Light from Godox. In continuous mode, the unit has a color temperature of 5600K and is dimmable from 0 to 100% with a CRI / TLCI rating of 96/95, indicating high accuracy in color rendering. The light has 8 special effects, including Storm variations, TV and Broken Bulb.

In flash mode, the color temperature of FV150 is 5600K and the power can be adjusted from 1/8 to full power. It supports High Speed Sync at speeds as low as 1/8000 second. It is compatible with Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Olympus and Pentax cameras via a Godox X2 or Xpro trigger (sold separately).
