  • Easy to set up beginner's telescope with 900mm focal length
  • With smartphone holder, moon filter, additional 6mm Huygens eyepiece and Celestron fan bag

The Inspire telescopes are ideal for beginners who have slightly higher demands - and are looking for intelligent detailed solutions! The Inspire 80 has the longest focal length of the telescopes in this series for higher magnification on the moon and planets. At the same time, it is packed with new ideas.

The telescopes have fully coated glass lenses, a specially developed azimuthal mount with a unique, asymmetrical design, a robust steel tripod with integrated, retractable accessory tray, an integrated, universal smartphone adapter for photography, a built-in LED flashlight, a large red dot finder and a focuser with micrometer to help you find the point of focus again, and provide an upright image.

The Inspire is very easy to set up, even easier than other models in this class: simply unfold the tripod legs, tighten the locking screw of the accessory bracket and place the telescope on the mount using the dovetail quick coupling. Simply remove the protective caps and insert the eyepiece - you are ready to observe!

A smartphone holder is built into the dust cover! Simply attach your smartphone to the lid so that the camera looks through the hole and secure it with two elastic bands. On the inside of the lid is an adapter with two clamping screws to attach the lid to the eyepiece. Et voila! You can now easily take photos through your telescope.

The mount also houses a red LED flashlight. Switch it on and the accessory tray will be illuminated soft red without disturbing your dark adaptation. The flashlight can also be easily removed so you have the light where you need it.

The micrometer scale on the focuser marks the position of the focuser. This allows you to quickly reproduce certain focus settings, e.g. for infinity or a close bird's nest.

OPTICAL COATING: Fully coated
LIGHT-AMGING CAPACITY (TO THE HUMAN EYE): 131x naked eye
RESOLUTION (RAYLEIGH): 1.74 arcseconds
RESOLUTION (DAWES): 1.45 arcseconds
LIMIT LARGE: 2 mag
LOWEST SENSUAL ENLARGEMENT: 11x
HIGHEST SENSUAL ENLARGEMENT: 189x

Moon filter - 1.25 inch
With this filter, the light is attenuated to a pleasant level. The green coloration also enhances the contrasts so that you can perceive fine structures more easily.
Suitable for the standard filter thread of all 1.25" eyepieces. The effect is similar to that of the green filter no. 58.
Transmission: 18%.

Huygens eyepiece 6mm
Huygens eyepieces are two-lens eyepieces which allow additional magnification for little money
They are the ideal addition for beginner telescopes
The eyepiece is packed in a practical protective case.

Celestron Fan-Bag
This backpack bag is an absolute must for the "properly attired astronomer" and Celestron fan. Celestron made this super lightweight backpack as a storage case for the Celestron 76 (Firstscope). But it is much too useful and much too good to be used only for this purpose.
The material is black parachute silk. Size approx. 40x47 cm, with reinforced corners and brass eyelets, as well as a zippered pocket as a "built-in satchel".
The drawstrings are also real shoulder straps, so you can casually throw the bag over one shoulder.
Alternatively, you can really wear it like a backpack - so that the Celestron logo remains visible.
